Sustainability at BODIIV

At BODIIV, sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s our foundation. We believe in creating activewear that supports both people and the planet, from seed to seam. Here's how we do it:

Fabric Highlights

Comfort and Sustainability

At BODIIV, we believe that performance and sustainability should go hand in hand. That’s why we’ve chosen PRUECO® recycled nylon—a high-quality, eco-conscious fabric using 100% pre-consumer recycled materials. Sourced entirely from production waste rather than virgin resources, PRUECO® requires less water, energy, and chemical resources, and it produces far fewer CO₂ emissions—making it a smart, responsible choice for the planet. On each of our product pages, you can learn about the environmental contribution made by every BODIIV product.

Despite being recycled, the fabric retains the exceptional softness, elasticity, and durability of premium nylon. It performs beautifully in motion and is fully compatible with Lycra®, making it ideal for high-performance activewear pieces that demand both comfort and resilience.

All BODIIV products meet GRS and OEKO-TEK standard 100 for traceability and responsible production.

Manufacturing Highlights

People and Planet

At BODIIV, sustainability goes far beyond the fabrics we choose — it's woven into every stage of our production process, from yarn to packaging. We are committed to building a responsible, closed-loop supply chain that minimizes environmental impact while upholding the highest ethical standards.

Our fabrics are sourced from suppliers certified by OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and the Higg Index, ensuring not only material safety for the skin but also transparency in environmental and social responsibility. In the dyeing stage, we’ve adopted eco-efficient technologies that reduce water consumption by 40–50%, and help save up to 9,000 tonnes of standard coal annually — a meaningful step toward cleaner manufacturing.

We work exclusively with BSCI-certified garment factories, because at BODIIV, sustainability is more than materials — it’s about how we make our products and who makes them. These partnerships guarantee fair labor conditions, safe workplaces, and dignity for every person involved in our production.

Finally, all of our packaging comes from FSC-certified suppliers, reinforcing our promise to reduce waste and communicate our environmental responsibility all the way to your doorstep.

Logistics Highlights

Smart and Reliable

At BODIIV, we believe a great product experience doesn’t end at checkout — it extends all the way to delivery. That’s why we partner with green logistics, a trusted cross-border logistics provider, to ensure every order arrives efficiently, responsibly, and reliably.

From the first mile, they use new energy electric vehicles for pickup from us, helping reduce emissions at the source. On the mid-mile air route, they employ lightweight reusable boxes, saving approximately 1.825 million cardboard boxes and over 9.12 million meters of tape annually. These innovations reduce packaging waste and lower fuel consumption during transport — reinforcing our commitment to building a more sustainable, low-impact supply chain.

Circular Highlights (Coming Soon)

Reuse and Recycling

At BODIIV, our mission is to build a future where fashion is regenerative, not disposable. Our upcoming circular economy program is designed to extend the life of every product, empower conscious choices, and support a system where nothing goes to waste.

We’re actively developing a circular system that gives garments a second — or even third — life:

  • Worn BODIIV pieces will soon be eligible for return and recycling. Through our partnership with Fiber Lab, we aim to break down used textiles and reprocess them into new, high-quality fibers — supporting a fiber-to-fiber recycling loop.
  • Lightly used items will be professionally cleaned or refurbished and made available through our resell platform, making circular fashion more accessible to everyone.
  • We’ll collaborate with a network of eco-conscious designers to creatively transform returned garments into limited-edition, reimagined pieces — giving old materials new life through design.
