Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
At BODIIV, we’re committed to a sustainable activewear return policy that’s flexible, transparent, and aligned with our eco-conscious values. If your item isn’t quite right, we make returns and exchanges simple — without compromising the planet.
· The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
· The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused as well as prevent makeup, deodorant, perfume, and smoke from contacting garments, come along with all tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
· Items that are final sale, personalized, or intimate (e.g., undergarments without hygiene strips) cannot be returned.
2. How to Request a Return/Exchange
Since we do not have a local warehouse for returns yet (We are working on it, and it will be launched soon), we offer two options at moment:
A. Keep the Item & Get Partial Refund (Recommended)
We believe in making returns easy while staying committed to sustainability. To reduce waste and unnecessary shipping, we offer partial refunds or store credit instead of requiring returns.
Option 1: Partial Refunds
If your item isn’t quite right—whether due to a minor defect, a size issue, or another concern—you may be eligible for a partial refund without returning the product.
You may qualify if:
- The item has a minor imperfection (e.g., small scratches, slight stitching flaws).
- You received the wrong item, but it’s still usable.
- The size isn’t perfect, but the item is still in good condition.
Refund Amount: Depending on the situation, we typically offer 20% to 50% of the original price as a refund.
How to request a partial refund:
- Email us at hello@bodiiv.life within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will review and confirm the refund amount.
- If approved, your partial refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Option 2: Store Credit (A Greener Choice🌱)
Instead of a refund, you can choose store credit—which gives you even more value and helps reduce waste!
Why choose store credit?
✅ Get 100%-110% of the item’s price instead of a partial refund.
✅ Use it anytime—your store credit never expires.
✅ Shop for something else you love while supporting sustainability.
Example: When you cost a $60 item, if your partial refund would be $30 (50%), you can instead receive $60 in store credit (100%)—or even $66 (110%) as a bonus!
How to request store credit:
- Contact us at hello@bodiiv.life within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Let us know you’d prefer store credit.
- Receive a digital store credit or unique discount code via email within 3-5 business days.
What Should You Do With the Item?
Since we don’t require returns, we encourage you to:
♻️ Donate it to someone who could use it.
♻️ Repurpose or recycle via tack-back programs we have the partnership with.
♻️ Gift it to a friend or family member.
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected, and we’re here to help in a way that’s convenient for you and better for the planet.
B. Self-Shipment Returns
Please ship the item back to our international warehouse at their own cost.
- Contact us at hello@bodiiv.life with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review the request and provide you with the return address and further instructions.
- Ship the product using a trackable shipping method and share the tracking details with us.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund/exchange
within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
NB: Shipping fees and non-refundable taxes/customs are not included in the refund.
3. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged as follows, unless they are faulty:
- Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards, gift boxes and any other customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on activewear or swimwear without hygiene strips.
- The original shipping cost and the insurance (if any) are non-refundable.
