Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items must be returned in the same condition as received unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from any marks or odors (including makeup, deodorant, perfume, or smoke). All original tags and packaging must be included, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Items marked as final sale.
  2. Gift cards, gift boxes, and customized products
  3. Any items not in their original condition or missing tags may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

We offer three flexible return and exchange options for you to choose from:

  1. Green Refund Option (Store Credit)
  2. Partial Refund (No Return Required)
  3. Full Refund (Return Required)

1) Green Refund Option (Store Credit)

Choose the Green Refund option and receive 100%–110% of the product price as store credit. No return required. Store credit never expires and can be used for your next purchase. If you prefer a monetary refund instead of store credit, please let us know, and we’ll review your request.

For example, if your item costs £60, you’ll receive £60–£66 in store credit for your next purchase.

To request store credit:

  1. Email us at hello@bodiiv.life within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Let us know you’d like to receive store credit by choosing Green Refund Option.
  3. You’ll receive your credit code via email within 3–5 business days.

By choosing the Green Refund option, you agree to keep your item while receiving full or bonus store credit. This helps us minimize the environmental impact of return shipping and reduce waste.

2) Partial Refund (No Return Required):

In certain cases such as minor manufacturing imperfections, small marks, or wrong-size items that are still usable you may be eligible for a partial refund without needing to return the product.

If you prefer a Partial refund, please let us know we’ll review your request and process a refund to your original payment method where eligible.

To request a partial refund:

  1. Email us at hello@bodiiv.life with your order number and clear photos of the item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Our team will review the issue and confirm whether a partial refund applies.
  3. We’ll always share the proposed refund amount and request your confirmation before processing it, ensuring fairness and transparency.

To ensure consistency, partial refunds are typically offered within the following ranges:

  • Items under £50: £5–£10 
  • Items £50–£100: £10–£25
  • Items over £100: £25–£50

The exact amount will depend on the nature and severity of the issue, and you’ll be notified before any refund is issued. Refunds are always processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days once confirmed.

3) Full Refund (Return Required)

If you prefer a full refund, we offer a convenient PUDO return service (Pick-Up / Drop-Off) to ensure a smooth process. For standard returns, such as a change of mind or personal preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, BODIIV takes full responsibility. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you, or you may choose a full refund or replacement.

Alternatively, to resolve the issue more quickly, you can opt for our Green Refund (Store Credit) or a Partial Refund without needing to return the item. These flexible solutions help us minimize environmental impact, reduce waste, and ensure fairness, providing you with the most efficient resolution possible.

To initiate a Full Refund:

  • Email us at hello@bodiiv.life with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will share your return label and a list of the nearest PUDO (Pick-Up / Drop-Off) points. 
  • Pack your item securely ideally reusing the original packaging.
  • Attach the return label and drop your parcel at your chosen PUDO point.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email and we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
