Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we are only able to ship to the UK and Ireland. We understand that many of our customers around the world are excited to shop with us, and we’re actively working on expanding our logistics network to offer shipping to other regions in the near future. We truly appreciate your patience as we work to make this possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For UK and Ireland orders, we aim to process and ship your order within 4-6 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details so you can easily follow your parcel’s journey.
What are your shipping fees?
We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on orders over £ 50 within the UK and Ireland. For express shipping option, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose. Please check our Shipping Service for details.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you need any assistance or have questions about your shipment, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your unworn, unwashed items within 15 days for a refund or store credit. Please ensure items are in their original condition, with tags still attached. Please check our Return Service for details.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Simply reach out to our customer service team via hello@bodiiv.life or through our contact form, and we’ll guide you through the process. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label for your convenience.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For returns, the shipping cost will be at your own expense. We understand that returning items can sometimes be a hassle, and we’re here to support you in making the process as smooth as possible.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return safely reaches us. If you’re unsure about anything, feel free to reach out, and we’d be happy to assist you!
Can I return sale items or products purchased with a discount?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! You can return or exchange any items that meet the conditions of our return policy (unworn, unwashed, and in original condition) within 15 days of receiving your order.
However, please note that there are a few exceptions:
* Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Gift cards and gift boxes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
* Customized products (such as personalized activewear or special orders) are also not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically for you.

Ordering
Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We process orders quickly to get them to you as fast as possible, which means we’re unable to modify or cancel an order once it’s confirmed. But don’t worry! If the item isn’t quite right for you, you can return it within 15 days for a refund or exchange. We’re here to make it right for you!
I received the wrong item in my order. What should I do?
We’re so sorry for the mix-up! Please reach out to us at hello@bodiiv.life right away so we can send you the correct item at no additional cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll make sure to fix this as quickly as possible.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do! Our gift cards come in a range of amounts and can be used for any product on our website. They’re a thoughtful way to treat someone special, giving them the freedom to choose from our sustainable activewear collection. Perfect for the gift that lets them shop consciously and stylishly!
Fabric & Care
What materials are your activewear made from?
Our activewear is thoughtfully made with PRUECO®, a unique recycled performance fabric that combines at least 74% recycled nylon with Lycra® elastane for a lighter environmental footprint. We believe in using sustainable, durable materials that care for the planet while keeping you comfortable and supported.

How do I care for my sustainable activewear?
To ensure your activewear lasts and stays in great condition, we recommend to follow our care instructions:
* Machine wash at 30°C
* Gentle cycle
* Do not bleach
* Tumble dry low
* Wash with like colours
* Wash inside out
* Do not iron.
This will help preserve the fabric’s elasticity and moisture-wicking properties while being kinder to the environment.
Will your activewear shrink or stretch out over time?
Our activewear is thoughtfully designed to maintain its shape and fit, even with regular wear. While gentle stretching may naturally occur over time, the high-quality materials we use are crafted to move with you while retaining their structure. This means you can count on lasting comfort and a reliable fit, no matter how often you wear your favorite pieces.

This includes rigorous evaluations by the Hohenstein Institute, a trusted third-party organization, to ensure the original quality and performance of every piece remain uncompromised.

Our activewear is thoughtfully crafted using recycled fabrics, and we take care to minimize waste through mindful and ethical production methods.
We also prioritize eco-friendly practices, from using sustainable packaging to supporting upcycling initiatives and offering a take-back program. How do you ensure ethical labor practices?

Size & Fit
I’m between sizes—what should I do?
We understand that finding the perfect fit can be a bit tricky sometimes. If you’re between sizes, don’t worry. It all comes down to how you like your clothes to feel:
* For a snug, supportive fit (especially during workouts), you might prefer the smaller size.
* For a more relaxed, comfortable fit, we recommend going up a size.
Remember, our fabrics are stretchy and designed to move with you, so either choice will feel great!
How does your sizing compare to other brands?
Sizing can feel different across brands, and we totally get it. Our activewear is designed with a focus on comfort and flexibility. If you usually wear a small or medium in other brands, we recommend trying the same size with us—but we always suggest checking the size chart to be sure!
